- Para la masa

- 1 Huevos
- 1/2 cdita Sal
- c/n Leche
- Manteca para sartén
- Para el relleno
- c/n Carne picada
- Cebolla 2 chicas
- 1 Zanahoria
- c/n Lentejas
- c/n Salsa barbacoa
- c/n Sal
- c/n Azúcar
- c/n Queso en hebras
- Armado
- c/n Queso roquefort
- c/n Queso feteado
- c/n Puré de tomate

- Mezclar el huevo con la leche, la harina y la sal (yo usé harina integral ustedes pueden usar la harina que tengan en casa menos leudante)

- En una sartén caliente colocamos la cucharadita de manteca y vamos haciendo los panqueques.

- Para el relleno yo cocine la cebolla y la Zanahoria por un lado, le agregué sal y Condimentos y lo deje cocinar con la olla tapada unos 15 minutos a fuego medio bajo hasta que la Zanahoria ablande. Agregamos las lentejas la cantidad que queramos, mezclamos.
Reservamos.


- En la misma olla cocinamos la carne agregándole sal a gusto y salsa barbacoa a gusto. Yo usé la mitad de una bandeja de carne. La otra mitad la congele para otra ocasión. Cocinamos alrededor de 10 minutos más a ola tapada así agarrar bien el sabor de la barbacoa.

- Añadimos la carne al salteado de verduras y mezclamos.

- El paso que sigue es el armado.
En una fuente apta para horno vamos a poner un poco de Puré de tomate y por arriba lo condimentamos un poco así en crudo. Armamos nuestros canelones rellenandolos con el salteado y arriba colocamos queso en hebras, enrollamos y vamos colocando en la fuente que tiene Puré de tomate. A mí me ENTRARON 4 CANELONES.
Por arriba colocamos de nuevo Puré de tomate y volvemos a condimentar un poco en crudo con sal y algún condimento a gusto.
- Si el Puré prefieren cocinarlo previo es otra opción. Yo decidí hacerlo más rústico en el momento.

- Por arriba colocamos trocitos de queso roquefort y queso en fetas. Llevamos al horno a 170°\180° por unos 15 minutos hasta que el queso de arriba quede bien doradito.... y a disfrutar estos canelones que comiendo uno solo vas a explotar tu panza de amor y felicidad.
