- C/n queso rallado
- C/n leche
- C/n manteca
- Pimienta
- Ají molido
- Aceite de oliva
- Nuez moscada

- Pelar las papas. Cortarlas en cubitos y ponerlas a hervir
- Rehogar la cebolla, morrón y la cebollita de verdeo en aceite de oliva
- Pelar las zanahorias y rallar. Agregarlas en un recipiente. Si las lentejas son en bolsa, ponerlas a hervir (previo remojo). Si son en la lata, agregarlas directo en un recipiente con la zanahoria. Sumar las verduritas que se rehogaron en aceite. Y agregar los tomates cortaditos chiquitos. Condimentar con pimienta, ají o lo que les guste. Yo no suelo cocinar con sal.
- Procesar todo para que sea más fácil de manejar y quede como una pasta medio uniforme (a mi me gusta igual que se note que son lentejas, tomates, etc así que no lo proceso del todo).
- Agregar las aceitunas cortadas en chiquitos y los huevos (previo hervor) también chiquitos.
- Cuando las papas hirvieron, hacerlas puré con leche y manteca. Condimentarlo con pimienta y nuez moscada.
- Para la preparación: en una fuente para horno (yo uso unas rectangulares de vidrio altas), hacer una capa de puré de 2cm. Agregar todo el relleno e ir acomodandolo en la fuente. Cortar trozos de queso cremoso y ponerlos arriba del relleno. Luego, poner la capa de arriba del puré y una vez acomodado, espolvorear queso rallado.
- Llevar al horno medio. Es sólo para calentar y para que quede el queso derretido porque la comida ya esta cocida.
