Este revuelto se me ocurrió para acompañar una ensalada de lechuga, rúcula y zanahorias con pasa. Y no quería acompañar eso con algo frito. Entonces se me ocurrió hacer este revuelto que lleva los ingredientes de una hamburguesa de quinoa y lentejas. Es muy fácil de hacer, sano, y contiene hierro, por si estamos deficientes en eso😮, ya que la lenteja y la quinoa contienen hierro. Espero les guste!!! 😊👍

  2. 150 grs lentejas
  3. 1 cebolla
  4. 1 diente ajo
  5. 1 zanahoria
  6. Agua cant. necesaria
  7. Aceite cant. necesaria
  8. Sal y confimentos
  9. 1 huevo

  1. QUINOA: Enjuagamos la quinoa antes de hacerla. Luego de esto la colocamos en una olla y le agregamos agua hasta que cubra toda la quinoa, la llevamos al fuego y cocinamos por 15 minutos. Si el agua se evapora antes de transcurrido los 15 minutos echarle más. De última luego colamos y enjuagamos nuevamente la quinoa.
  2. Ponemos en una olla las lentejas y cocinamos hasta que estén blandas, pero no al punto de que se nos haga puré.
  3. En un wok o sartén colocamos un chorro de aceite, agregamos el ajo picado y la cebolla. Sofritamos. Luego agregamos la zanahoria rallada y la dejamos hasta que todas las verduras estén cocidas. Condimentamos a gusto.
  4. Cocidas las verduras agregamos al sofrito la quinoa, mezclamos bien y luego agregamos las lentejas escurridas. Mezclamos y rectificamos sabores.
  5. Por último agregamos el huevo y mezclamos bien. Y listo nuestro revuelto, sano y con proteínas. 😋
