  2. Yo le agrego zanahoria para que le de mas color y otro gustito para mi gusto mientras mas verduritas tiene mejor.
  3. Y para ir terminando después d 15' o 20 'colocar la lenteja ya previamente hervida ya pasada por agua l noche anterior lo hago así para que sea mas rápida le cocción. Vamos probando y listo. Ya cuando probamos la lenteja y esta algo durita apagamos el fuego y dejamos terminar la cocción con el vapor. Tapamos la olla unos minutos y a disfrutar de una rica comida muy saludable especial para estos días fríos y especial para los niños tiene mucho hierro.
