  6. Luego ya podemos agregar el puré de tomate, agregamos una cucharada de azúcar y otra de sal, condimentamos y lo dejamos cinco minutos a fuego fuerte.
  7. Agregamos las lentejas. Tapamos y dejamos cocinar 20 minutos o hasta que las lentejas estén casi cocidas.
  8. Desgranamos el choclo. (si quieren pueden cortarlo en rodajas, si les gusta, o comprar una lata de granos de choclos, A MI me gusta desgranarlo yo), lo agregamos junto con las arvejas y el chorizo colorado cortado en rodajas y un vaso de agua.
