  5. Agregar el filet y la costilla de cerdo cortada en trozos. Revolver. Integrar con la cebolla pimiento y condimentos. Cocinar 10 minutos a fuego bajo o a 100° en paellera eléctrica
  6. Veremos como soltó grasa nuestra cocción de salchichas chorizos y panceta. Escurrimos y desechados todo ese aceite.
  7. Ahora, incorporar a la cocción (sin la grasa que soltaron) chorizos panceta y salchichas que precocimos.
  8. Agregamos las lentejas precocidas con el agua de la cocción. Integrar. Tapar. Cocinar 10 minutos más. Apagar el fuego. Dejar tapado unos 10 minutos más y servir.
  9. Servir caliente en compotera o platos hondos amplios. Acompañar con Pancito saborizados de orégano (ver mi recrtario) y una copa de vino Malbec mendocino!,🍷🇦🇷😊 ¡Que lo disfruten! ¡Quedó EXQUISITO!
