- 1 kilo lentejas (nosotros usamos unas que no necesitan remojo previo)
- 2 Chorizos colorados
- 300 gramos aprox de Panceta
- 300 gramos Bola de Lomo o Roast Beef
- 300 gramos Pechito de Cerdo
- 2 cebollas medianas
- 2 papas
- C/N aceite y manteca para rehogar las cebollas
- Condimentos: sal, pimienta, ají, orégano
Steps to make to make Guiso de lentejas
- Cortas las cebollas en brunoise y rehogarlas en una olla (donde vamos a hacer el guiso) con un trocito de manteca y un chorrito de aceite

- Luego de unos minutos agregamos la panceta cortada en tiritas o cubitos, el chorizo colorado en rebanadas y el pechito de cerdo al que le sacamos todos los huesos y solo aprovechamos la carne. Cocinar todo durante unos 5 minutos

- Luego incorporar la carne de vaca cortada en cubitos y condimentamos y cocinamos todo unos minutos

- Por último incorporamos las papas cortadas en cuadraditos chiquitos y las lentejas que si bien las que usamos son sin remojo las colocamos un rato en agua para que ese líquido tome sabor y usarlo para la cocción. Integramos bien todos los ingredientes, tapamos la olla y dejamos cocinar hasta que las lentejas estén tiernas
